1254 ET - Prologis had better-than-feared 2Q results with solid operating metrics, Morgan Stanley's Ronald Kamdem says in a research note. The industrial property developer reported higher revenue and core funds from operations from a year earlier and topped Wall Street's forecasts for both metrics. "We are overweight Prologis given attractive risk-reward profile from the earnings stability and the bear case or low end of the guide not playing out," Kamdem says. "We think that much of the tariff uncertainty over the next 12-18 months may already be in the price." Shares rise 2.2% to $111.01. (denny.jacob@wsj.com; @pennedbyden)
