Coface SA has announced an agreement to acquire 100% of Novertur International SA, the company behind the platform business-monitor.ch. This acquisition aims to enhance Coface's Business Information offerings in Switzerland. Novertur International SA, based in Lausanne, has developed significant expertise in managing data on Swiss companies, providing access to information on over 730,000 active businesses. This move aligns with Coface's strategic plan, Power the Core, which seeks to strengthen its high value-added services and local presence. The completion of the acquisition is pending customary closing conditions.
