Each unit will include one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, allowing the holder to buy an additional common share at C$0.10 within 24 months. The funds will be used to enhance the company's position in the utility-based digital asset sector, settle payables, purchase utility coins, and develop its Blockchain Ecosystem. Completion of the offering is conditional upon certain approvals, including that of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
