DRC Investments completed the compulsory acquisition of Amara Holdings (SGX:A34) following the payment of offer shares to dissenting shareholders, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the acquisition, the company is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of DRC and will be delisted from the mainboard of the SGX-ST, effective July 21, the filing added.
