Stanley Electric Co (TYO:6923) has established Stanley Mobility Electric Co., a joint venture with Mitsubishi Electric Mobility, focused on next-gen automotive lighting systems.

The JV, headquartered in Tokyo with 301 million yen in capital, will develop and manufacture electronic components for four-wheel and two-wheel vehicles, according to its bourse filing on Friday.

Stanley Electric holds 100% ownership initially, with Masao Endo appointed as Director. This follows the April integration agreement, marking a strategic move to advance next-generation vehicle technologies.
