InnoScience (Suzhou) Technology Holding Co., Ltd., a Chinese joint stock company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 2577, has announced a private placement of 13,584,000 new H Shares. The shares will be placed at a price of HK$40.50 per share. The Board disclosed that the company has entered into a Placing Agreement with Placing Agents, who will procure at least six placees to purchase the shares on a best effort basis. The completion date for this transaction will be the first business day after all conditions of the placement are met, but no later than five days after the agreement date, subject to mutual agreement.
