Jupiter Mines (ASX:JMS) secures a significant financial boost as Tshipi é Ntle Manganese Mining declares a final dividend of 300 million South African rand for the fiscal year ended June 30, with Jupiter's share equating to 142.2 million South African rand, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
In addition to the dividend, the company will also receive 26.3 million South African rand in marketing profits for the period, the filing said.
The company board will declare the final dividend alongside the preliminary fiscal year results on August 29, the filing added.
