Daido (HKG:0544) completed the issue of a total of nearly 3.9 million shares to two subscribers, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Of this, a little over 1.9 million shares were issued by the warehouse, logistics, and trading company to each investor at HK$0.4801 apiece.

The parties had first entered into the subscription contract in April.
