Blackion will leverage its global network to source battery materials, while Electrified Materials will handle the storage, disassembly, and pre-processing. ReElement will utilize its advanced refining platform to convert LFP black mass into high-purity, battery-grade lithium carbonate. The initiative supports President Trump's Executive Order to boost domestic production and aligns with national interests and environmental goals, further establishing the U.S. as a leader in energy infrastructure.
