Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD) expects employees on hybrid work arrangements to work from the office four days a week starting later this year, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing an internal memo sent by chief human resources officer Melanie Burns to the staff.
The bank said executive-level staff are required to follow the new guideline by October 6 and the remaining employees by November 3, according to the report.
"Many locations will be ready to accommodate this change by November 3. Others will take us some time," Burns noted, adding that workers might get separate instructions in the next weeks related to different timelines, according to the media outlet.
Toronto-Dominion Bank didn't immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
