Howard University has partnered with Aramark Collegiate Hospitality to launch a new dining initiative called Howard University Hospitality. This collaboration aims to enhance the campus experience through culinary innovation, cultural celebration, and community empowerment. The program will focus on delivering a dynamic and inclusive dining experience, featuring student-focused meal plans, allergen solutions, and commitments to local and Black-owned businesses. Additionally, Aramark will offer career pathways through internships and professional development, with Howard alumna Dari Ruff appointed as the new executive director of hospitality services. The initiative will also involve space revitalization and growth planning, with architectural support from Moody Nolan to reflect the university's legacy and future.
