Fusion Fuel Green (HTOO) said Tuesday that its unit, Bright Hydrogen Solutions, signed a non-binding term sheet focused on hydrogen projects with an unidentified green energy technologies provider.
The agreement states that the technologies provider would commit up to 30 million euros ($35.1 million) in capital over four years to be invested in certain hydrogen projects, Fusion said.
Shares of Fusion were up 170% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
