The portfolio includes three Class A distribution facilities: 14074 Rancho Court, 14019 Rose Avenue, and 14928 Washington Drive, totaling 332,793 square feet. Each building features modern specifications like 32-foot clear heights and secured concrete truck courts. This acquisition aligns with BLP's strategy to invest in high-quality assets in critical logistics markets. The properties offer a stable cash flow with a weighted average lease term of over two years.
