Stockland Corporation Limited has reached a significant milestone in the development of its MPark workplace precinct in the Macquarie Park Innovation District. The company celebrated the topping out of the building at 15 Khartoum Road and is nearing the completion of 17 Khartoum Road, which will house the new Australian head office for Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicines and MedTech businesses. The $2 billion mixed-use precinct is designed to support innovation in the life sciences, health, pharmaceuticals, digital, and technology sectors. MPark will ultimately consist of three workplace buildings, with the first at 11 Khartoum Road completed in December 2023. The precinct aims to become one of Australia's largest hubs for life sciences and technology, promoting collaboration and sustainability.
