Focus Business Solution (BOM:543312) has allotted nearly 2.7 million bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 29 bonus shares for every 50 existing shares, to eligible members, as per a BSE filing on Tuesday.

Following the bonus issue allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from 4,607,295 shares of a face value of 10 rupees each to 7,279,519 shares of 10 rupees each.
