Lum Chang's (SGX:L19) interior fit-out business, Lum Chang Creations, said 49 million invitations were subscribed for, with the company raising SG$8.8 million in gross proceeds, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were up over 2% in recent trading.

The subscribed shares were listed on the Catalist board of the SGX-ST on July 21, with trading commencing the same day.

Following the completion of the invitation, the company will maintain a 71.1% interest in its spin-off unit.
