AOM International Group (HKG:0381) completed the issue of 157.8 million shares to the Sheen World International at HK$0.4309 apiece, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Proceeds from the issue were used to off-set against HK$34 million worth of a zero-coupon convertible bond, as well as for the early redemption of HK$34 million of another convertible bond.
The bonds have been returned to the toy and gift maker for cancellation.
Following completion of the issue, the subscriber holds a 16.66% equity stake in the firm.
