This initiative marks a pivotal step in their joint venture with SUSCO and aims to serve electric taxi fleets. The Thailand Station is U Power's first fully automated EV energy replenishment model, showcasing next-generation AI technologies within a weather-resilient infrastructure. With a vision to create a comprehensive battery-swapping ecosystem, U Power is establishing a replicable business model across ASEAN, Southern Europe, and South America. Recent collaborations include agreements with Beijing Foton to promote battery-swapping for heavy vehicles in several regions, and the launch of the "ESP Model" in Singapore to deploy 5,000 swappable EVs. Additionally, U Power is expanding in Macau and Hong Kong, with plans to deploy numerous swapping stations and compatible vehicles.
