China Health Group (HKG:0673) said a consultant retained to strengthen its internal controls did not identify any issues with the company's compliance measures, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Monday.

The medical equipment seller began taking measures this year to ensure it was not in lapse with Hong Kong's listing requirements.

China Health said it had implemented all remedial measures to address previous findings and to comply with Hong Kong's listing rules.

Meanwhile, the company's board was of the view that the measures were adequate to address previously identified deficiencies, China Health said.
