Wellcell (HKG:2477) will launch its first mobile application, Fopay, under its financial technology business segment on Monday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Fopay, which has been developed as a one-stop payment platform based on the stablecoin crypto payment concept, will be available to download for free from its official website.

The app currently offers stablecoin custody and prepaid card payment functions through various licensed partners
