Kontafarma China Holdings' (HKG:1312) indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary has renewed its lease for a gym unit in Singapore under a new two-year agreement, according to a July 18 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of Kontafarma were down about 10% in Monday afternoon trade.

The lease, covering premises at TripleOne Somerset operated by True Group, will run from Aug. 5, 2025, to Aug. 4, 2027.
