Waypoint REIT Lifts Portfolio Value to AU$2.89 Billion

Waypoint REIT (ASX:SPR) said its 400-property portfolio increased in value by AU$96 million, to AU$2.89 billion as of June 30, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

In addition to selling Reddy Express Toowoomba in February, the company said it sold or agreed to sell five more non-core assets for a total of AU$34.5 million.

Estimated net tangible assets per security rose 4.7% to AU$2.89 as of June 30 from DEc 31, 2024, incorporating the impact of valuations, the buyback, and other balance sheet adjustments.
