Best Buy Co. Inc. has released its FY25 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Report, detailing the company's recent efforts in environmental, social, and governance $(ESG)$ areas. The report highlights that more than 86,000 young individuals participated in Best Buy Foundation programs, including the Best Buy Teen Tech Centers®. Nearly 69% of the company's supply chain facilities have achieved zero waste TRUE certification. Best Buy also reported a 28% turnover rate among U.S. employees, as part of its efforts to nurture a culture of belonging and engagement. Additionally, the company has achieved a 74% reduction in carbon emissions compared to a 2009 baseline, working towards its goal of a 75% reduction by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2040.
