The meeting is rescheduled to reconvene virtually on July 31, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. The board of directors urges shareholders who have not yet voted to do so, recommending a "FOR" vote on each proposal. Shareholders can cast their votes online, by phone, or by following instructions provided in the notice received on or after July 1, 2025. The voting facilities will remain open until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 30, 2025.
