Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc. $(AGAE)$ is currently facing shareholder activism as it approaches its combined 2024/2025 Annual Meeting scheduled for August 4, 2025. ISS emphasized that AGAE's total shareholder return has outperformed peers, and the company's financials, including cash balances, remain robust. The board of Allied Gaming & Entertainment has advised shareholders to vote "FOR" all six of its nominated directors, which includes Jingsheng (Jason) Lu, Guanzhou (Jerry) Qin, Mao Sun, Roy Anderson, Yushi Guo, and Chi Zhao, using the WHITE proxy card.
