Urbanise.com (ASX:UBN) said Chief Financial Officer Michelle Garlick resigned, and Brent Henley has been appointed to the role, effective July 28, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Garlick will remain with the company until Aug. 30 to ensure a smooth handover, the filing added.
