Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKG:0388) said it will roll out a new web-based Issuer Access Platform (IAP) starting in the second quarter of 2026 to streamline communication with listed companies and enhance market transparency, according to a Friday announcement.

The HKEX IAP will become the primary channel for issuers and their advisers to submit regulatory filings and interact securely with the listing division, it said.

Features will include dashboards, workflow tools, and automated reminders to help issuers meet compliance obligations.

The redesigned issuer portal on the HKEX website will provide real-time access to updated company data, including executive details and corporate events.

Trial version of the platform will be available in the second half of 2025.
