Zijin Mining Group (SHA:601899, HKG:2899) said Vice President Shen Shaoyang plans to sell up to 250,250 shares.
Shen holds 1,001,000 shares, representing 0.004% of the miner's total shares, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The shares will be sold via centralized bidding between Aug. 28 and Nov. 27.
Shares of Zijin Mining were down 1% in recent trade.
