Boeing's (BA) hearing on a proposed agreement with the US Department of Justice that would allow the company to avoid prosecution over two fatal 737 Max crashes has been rescheduled to Sept. 3, Reuters reported Thursday.
The hearing was previously slated for Aug. 28, according to the report.
Boeing didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
