Yeebo (International Holdings) Ltd. has announced that its 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at Island Shangri-la, Hong Kong, on August 25, 2025. During the meeting, shareholders will consider and adopt the audited financial statements and the reports of the Directors and auditor for the year ended March 31, 2025. Additionally, there will be a vote to declare a final dividend of HK5.0 cents per ordinary share for the year ended March 31, 2025. Other resolutions include the re-election of Mr. Fang Yan Tak, Douglas and Mr. Li Kwok Wai, Frankie as Executive Directors, and Mr. Lau Yuen Sun, Adrian as an Independent Non-executive Director.
