Shui On Land Limited has announced an update regarding its previously disclosed transactions involving a capital contribution increase to a fund and the equity transfer of project companies. The company recently obtained written approval from shareholders for the Cooperation Agreement associated with these transactions. The completion date for the transaction will be determined based on either the completion of the fund's payment of the second installment of the equity transfer consideration or the receipt by Shui On Management of a refund of its contributed capital from the fund, whichever occurs later. The announcement follows earlier communications made on June 25, 2025, and subsequent updates in July regarding delays in the dispatch of related documentation.
