Grupo Empresarial SANJOSE SA has been awarded the contract to construct the new Loewe Center of Excellence in Getafe, Madrid. The project, commissioned by Manufacturas Loewe, will be executed using BIM methodology and spans a total area of 49,972 square meters, with 23,207 m² dedicated to built space and 26,765 m² to landscaped and urbanized areas. Designed by Luis Vidal Arquitectos, the state-of-the-art facility aims to support Loewe's growth in research, production, and development of leather goods. The sustainable complex will feature LEED and WELL Platinum certifications, predominantly developed on a single floor with a unique volumetric design. It will also include public amenities such as an archive/museum, multipurpose room, dining area, and gym. Bovis - Turner & Townsend $(CBRE)$ is managing the project.
