Green Economy Development Limited has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. The Group reported a total turnover of approximately HK$2,833 million, a decrease from the HK$2,935 million recorded in the financial year ending March 31, 2024. Despite a reduction in gross profit by approximately HK$26.3 million, from HK$84.9 million in the previous year to HK$58.6 million in 2025, this was mitigated by a decrease in administrative and selling expenses by approximately HK$17.5 million and an increase in other gains and losses of approximately HK$9.3 million. The profit from operations amounted to approximately HK$49.6 million, compared to HK$48.2 million in the prior year. Significantly, the company announced its intent to subscribe up to HK$11.6 million in investor shares of Bayzed Health Group Inc. as part of its initial public offering, underscoring a strategic investment move post-reporting period. Looking ahead, the Group aims to continue balancing shareholder expectations with prudent capital management while maintaining a sustainable dividend policy.
