Alliance Cloud Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Hyperscale Data Inc., has entered into an engineering design agreement with SEMCO Energy Gas Company to initiate the planning and design of new natural gas distribution infrastructure. This development aims to provide approximately 40 megawatts of additional on-site power generation capacity at the Michigan data center. The agreement outlines SEMCO's responsibilities in conducting preliminary engineering work for pipeline routing and metering infrastructure.
