Constellium SE, a global leader in aluminum products, reported its financial results for the second quarter and first half ending June 30, 2025. The company generated $7.3 billion in revenue in 2024. For the reported period, Constellium's net income stood at $99 million, an increase from $74 million in the same period of the previous year. The earnings per share for equity holders were $0.66, compared to $0.51 in the prior period. The company highlighted its inability to provide a reconciliation of Adjusted EBITDA guidance to net income due to unpredictable factors such as realized and unrealized gains and losses on derivative instruments, impairment or restructuring charges, and taxes. Significant updates include that as of June 30, 2025, Constellium no longer qualifies as a Foreign Private Issuer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Consequently, starting January 1, 2026, Constellium will continue filing annual and quarterly reports with the SEC and will include all other required U.S. domestic forms. Constellium remains a key player in the aluminum sector, serving markets such as aerospace, packaging, and automotive.
