Tongda Group Holdings Ltd. has announced a positive profit outlook for the first half of 2025. The company expects to record an unaudited profit attributable to owners in the range of approximately HK$60 million to HK$65 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025. This represents a significant increase of approximately 367.2% to 406.2% compared to the HK$12.84 million profit recorded during the same period in the previous year. The company noted that the figures are based on preliminary assessments and unaudited management accounts, with final results expected to be announced by 22 August 2025. Following the disposal of its high-precision components business in April 2024, Tongda Group recorded a one-off net gain of approximately HK$146.4 million in the first half of 2024; however, no similar gain was recorded in the current period.
