Chalice Mining (ASX:CHN) said it is continuing talks with potential financing and offtake partners as it progresses development and regulatory studies for its Gonneville Project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Submission of draft environmental review documents remains on track for mid-2026, while all key project roles have been filled at the project, the filing said.
The company has also finalised the project scope and said it aims to reach a final investment decision by late fiscal 2027.
Shares of the company fell 2% in recent Wednesday trade.
