LoanDepot (LDI) said late Monday it appointed founder and Chairman Anthony Hsieh as permanent chief executive, effective immediately.
Hsieh has served as the company's interim CEO since the departure of Frank Martell in early June.
LoanDepot shares were up 3% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
