J-Star Holding (YMAT) shares rose by 6% in their Nasdaq debut Wednesday after the company priced its initial public offering of 1.25 million shares at $4 apiece for gross proceeds of about $5 million.
Book-running manager Maxim Group was granted a 45-day overallotment option to purchase up to 187,500 additional shares, the company said.
The offering is expected to close on Thursday.
