Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Co. Ltd. has announced the signing of a new contract with Qizhen Engineering Company for repair services on the Coastal Expressway's Shenzhen Section. This agreement, following an open tendering and bidding process conducted through the Shenzhen Sunshine Procurement Platform, is set to span from July 30, 2025, to 2028. The deal is considered to be on normal commercial terms and in the best interests of the company and its shareholders. The directors of the company, excluding Chairman Mr. Xiangwen LIAO, have expressed confidence in the fairness and reasonableness of the agreement's terms.
