CCT Fortis (HKG:0138) unit East Advance completed the disposal of Cosmo Classic to Cheer Fame International on Wednesday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The parties had first entered into a disposal agreement on July 25, according to the securities investor.

The consideration for the disposal will be used to offset certain outstanding convertible bonds held by the buyer on a dollar-to-dollar basis.
