July 31 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Thursday:

** MPLX LP <MPLX.N> said it will acquire Northwind Midstream for $2.38 billion in cash to expand its sour gas gathering and processing footprint in the Permian Basin, as producers ramp up drilling in New Mexico. nL4N3TS1CW

** Infrastructure solutions provider Quanta Services <PWR.N> raised its annual results forecast and said it has acquired peer Dynamic Systems in a deal valued at about $1.35 billion.

** Air France-KLM <AIRF.PA> has pulled out of the process to buy a stake in privately owned Spanish airline Air Europa, a spokesperson for the Franco-Dutch airline group said. nL8N3TS0SR

** Canada's Brookfield Wealth Solutions <BNT.N> agreed to acquire Just Group <JUSTJ.L> for 2.4 billion pounds ($3.18 billion) as part of its expansion into the UK pension risk market. nL4N3TS0N5

** Euronext has offered to buy Hellenic Exchanges - Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX) <EXCr.AT> in a 412.8 million euro ($472.7 million) all-share deal, it said. nL8N3TS0HE

** JD.com <9618.HK> is acquiring Germany's Ceconomy <CECG.DE> in a deal that values the electronics retailer at 2.2 billion euros ($2.5 billion), allowing one of China's largest online retailers to expand outside of its home market. nL1N3TR0V8

** Drugmaker AbbVie <ABBV.N> is in talks to acquire privately held mental health therapeutics company Gilgamesh Pharmaceuticals in a deal worth about $1 billion, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter. nL4N3TR2N7

** U.S. law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has sold its technology unit SixFifty to human resources software firm Paychex <PAYX.O>, calling it one of the largest-ever deals for a law firm tech subsidiary. nL1N3TR0UY
