Power Solutions International, Inc. $(PSI.AU)$ has entered into a second amendment to its existing Uncommitted Revolving Credit Agreement with Standard Chartered Bank and various lenders. The amended agreement, effective from July 30, 2025, allows PSI to borrow up to $135 million on a committed basis, with the agreement set to expire on July 30, 2027. Borrowings will incur interest at the Secured Overnight Financing Rate $(SOFR)$ plus 2.10% per annum, with a potential increase to SOFR plus 2.60% if Weichai America Corp., PSI's majority shareholder, holds less than 50% of the company's common equity. The agreement includes customary default events and covenants, such as minimum adjusted EBITDA and maximum gross leverage ratio requirements.
