LPL Financial Holdings Inc. has announced changes to its management structure following the acquisition of Commonwealth Financial Network. Wayne Bloom, the Chief Executive Officer of Commonwealth, will join LPL's management committee as a managing director while retaining his CEO role at Commonwealth. Bloom and the Commonwealth management team will continue to lead the firm, focusing on maintaining their advisor experience. The acquisition, which supports around 3,000 advisors managing $305 billion in assets, was finalized on August 1, 2025.
