MarketWise Declares 20c Special Dividend

MarketWise's board has declared a special dividend of 20 cents a share, alongside its regular quarterly dividend of the same amount.

The digital subscription services platform said Friday the dividends will be paid on Sept. 25 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 15.

The company's regular quarterly dividend, equal to 80 cents annually, marks an annual yield of 4.3% based on Friday's closing price of $18.52.
