CapitaLand Ascendas REIT's DPU Declines Marginally in H1; Shares Down 1%

CapitaLand Ascendas REIT's (SGX:A17U) distribution per unit or DPU declined by 0.6% during the first half of the year to SG$0.07477 from SG$0.07524 a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Total income available for distribution was up 0.1% to SG$331.1 million from SG$330.8 million.

Net property income fell 0.9% to SG$523.4 million from SG$528.4 million a year earlier. Gross revenue declined 2% year over year to SG$754.8 million from SG$770.1 million.

Portfolio occupancy remained at 91.8%, backed by a positive average rental reversion of 9.5%.
