Joyful Honda (TYO:3191) said it completed its annual self-evaluation of the board of directors and concluded that the board remained effective in the year ended June, according to a Friday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Directors and auditors gave high marks for composition, operations, agenda setting, and support systems.
