Stockland Corporation Limited has commenced construction on its new community, Grevillea, located in Mariginiup within Perth's rapidly growing East Wanneroo region. As the first development initiated under the Western Australian Government's East Wanneroo District Structure Plan, Grevillea is set to provide over 2,000 homes across 1,700 residential lots and a 300-home over-50s land lease community, Halcyon Grevillea. This project marks a significant step in addressing housing demand, with the first lots expected to hit the market by Spring 2025. Once complete, Grevillea will contribute to the broader vision of transforming 8,300 hectares in Perth's northern suburbs into a thriving area with 50,000 homes, 150,000 residents, and 20,000 jobs.
