Fractyl Health (GUTS) said Wednesday it priced an underwritten public offering of about 19.5 million shares and accompanying tranche A and tranche B warrants, targeting gross proceeds of $20 million.

Shares sank 48% following an increase in intraday trading volume to over 6.4 million from a daily average of about 526,000.

LifeMD's (LFMD) shares sank 45% a day after the company lowered its full-year 2025 revenue guidance.

More than 12.6 million shares traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 1.7 million.

Evolus (EOLS) reported late Tuesday a wider Q2 loss compared with a year earlier as sales grew 4% year-over-year.

Shares slumped 31%, with intraday trading volume surging to over 10 million from a daily average of about 1.1 million.
