Technology stocks were edging higher premarket Tuesday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.5% and the iShares Expanded Tech Sector ETF (IGM) advancing by 0.6% recently.

Palantir Technologies (PLTR) stock was up more than 6% after the company reported higher Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue, and raised its 2025 revenue outlook.

Leidos Holdings (LDOS) shares were up nearly 8% after the company posted higher fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings and revenue, and raised its fiscal 2025 guidance.

Gartner (IT) shares were down more than 24% after the company lowered its 2025 revenue outlook.
